The STMicroelectronics STM32H5 has 128KB of Flash, 32KB of RAM, 25- to 64-pin WLCSP packages, and LQFP profiles. The line contains the Arm Cortex-M33 with DSP and floating‐point unit (FPU) running up to 250MHz. The STM32H5 supports a variety of security features, including the Secure Manager.
