Automotive Op Amps

TSV321/A, TSV358/A, & TSV324/A Low Power Op Amps

STMicroelectronics TSV321/A, TSV358/A, and TSV324/A Low Power Op Amps are single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel commodity operational amplifiers. These devices operate with voltages as low as 2.5V and feature rail-to-rail input and output. The common-mode input voltage extends 200mV beyond the supply voltages at +25°C, while the output voltage swing is within 100mV of each rail with a 600Ω load resistor. At a supply voltage of 3V, these devices offer 1.3MHz of gain bandwidth and provide high output current capability with a typical value of 80mA.

Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers
