HSEC8-PV Vertical Edge Rate Card Socket

Samtec HSEC8-PV Vertical Power/Signal Combo Edge Rate® Card Socket features a 28Gbps high-speed channel.  The HSEC-PV comes with the option of one or two banks of power pins; each bank includes two power pins and is rated up to 60 Amps.  The HSEC8-PV socket offers black liquid crystal polymer insulation and a -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range. Samtec HSEC8-PV Vertical Power/Signal Combo Edge Rate Card Socket is ideal for 50Ω applications and certain 75Ω applications with a mating card thickness of 1.60mm (0.062").

Edge Rate® HSEC8 High-Speed Edge Card Connectors

Samtec Edge Rate® HSEC8 High-Speed Edge Card Connectors are part of the 28+ Gbps Solution product line. The connectors feature the rugged Edge Rate contact system designed for signal integrity and multiple mating cycles. Card slot options include 1.60mm (0.062") and 2.36mm (0.093"). Samtec Edge Rate® HSEC8 High-Speed Edge Card Connectors' available options include weld tabs, board locks, and cable latching.

Samtec High-Speed Edge Card Connectors feature a wide variety of pitches, including 0.5mm, 0.635mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.27mm, 1.6mm, and 2mm. Mounting angles include straight, right, and vertical. These connectors are offered in an expansive range of mounting styles such as edge mount, board lock, mounting peg, SMD/SMT, straddle mount, through hole, and more. The number of positions on Samtec High-Speed Edge Card Connectors ranges from 8 to 300.

Samtec Rugged SI System Connectors for Embedded Vision are available in a variety of pitches, including 0.5mm, 0.635mm, and 0.8mm. The number of positions ranges from 10 to 200, while the mounting angles include straight, right, and vertical. Samtec Rugged SI System Connectors for Embedded Vision offer stack heights as low as 5mm. The product portfolio features headers, sockets, hermaphroditic connectors, receptacles, and connectors. Termination styles include solder and solder pin.
