Hexagonal & Round Transipillars / Spacers

Schurter Hexagonal & Round Transipillars / Spacers are designed with a versatile and rugged insulation mounting system with 66 studs and inserts. These transipillars feature hexagonal or cylindrical body, metric threads and lengths, and -20°C to +80°C allowable operational temperature. Schurter hexagonal and round transipillars are available in stud/stud, stud/insert, or insert/insert configurations and in metric sizes of threads and lengths. The various combinations of studs and inserts are molded in nylon material 66, which provides excellent insulating properties and has a flammability rating of UL 94-V2. These transipillars are ideal for multi-stage PCB separation, chassis mounting of drives, motors, and any general electromechanical application.
