SMBJxA ESD Protection Diodes

Semtech SMBJxA Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronics from latch-up due to lightning, Electrical Overstress (EOS), and Cable Discharge Event (CDE). These unidirectional diodes offer a 600W peak power dissipation at 10x1000μs pulse. The SMBJxA protection diodes also offer fast response time, low operating voltage, and low clamping voltage. These diodes feature large cross-sectional area junctions for conducting high transient currents. The SMBJxA 1-line ESD protection diodes are used in industrial equipment, telecom, and datacom applications.
