STS41A AEC-Q100 Digital Temperature Sensors

Sensirion STS41A AEC-Q100 Digital Temperature Sensors is a digital sensor platform for measuring temperature with different accuracy gradings. The STS4xA sensors meet the demanding reliability requirements of automotive applications, including accelerated life tests at +85°C and 85% relative humidity. The Sensirion sensors can be interfaced using the I²C protocol. An integrated heater allows advanced onboard diagnostics, while the sensor element is designed for reliable operation in harsh conditions. The four-pin dual-flat-no-leads (DFN) package is suitable for surface-mount technology (SMT) processing, with a wettable flank (STS41A-AW1B) option available.
