Skyworks Solutions Si828x Isolated Gate Drivers are 4A IGBT drivers that feature high-performance isolation technology. These Skyworks high current gate drivers have integrated system safety and feedback functions. The drivers are ideal for driving IGBTs used in a wide variety of inverter and motor control applications. The Si828x support up to 5kVRMS withstands voltage per UL1577.
