Si82Ex Isolated Gate Drivers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si82Ex Isolated Gate Drivers incorporate two isolated gate drivers into a single package for high-power applications. The Si82Ex features devices with single or dual control inputs and independent or high-side/low-side outputs. It operates with a 3V to 20V input supply and a maximum gate driver supply voltage of 30V. The CMOS inputs supply a robust noise margin.
