TRIM TRIO® Connectors

Souriau TRIM TRIO® family of industrial connectors provide a range of options for demanding applications ranging from sophisticated electronic devices to rugged industrial equipment used in harsh environments. These waterproof, harsh environment connectors are offered in robust plastic, shielded metal, or hybrid plastic and metal options. TRIM TRIO connector styles include plastic circular, metal circular, high mating cycle, mixed power/signal, and plastic rectangular. Each style can make use of screw machined, stamped & formed, coaxial, fiber optic, and power contacts. TRIM TRIO's unique contact system can be used in any connector and in any position. The extensive design flexibility enables the user to design application-specific solutions. The offering is well-suited for test and measurement, robotics, process control, handling equipment, factory automation and motor drives, public transportation and traffic control, and medical instrumentation.

UTL Circular Lighting Connectors

Souriau UTL Series Circular Lighting Connectors are reliable, sealed plastic connectors able to carry up to 16A 277V, and designed to respect modern safety standards. They are the latest addition to the Souriau Trim Trio family. The stainless steel latch coupling system makes these connectors simple to use. Souriau UTL series circular lighting connectors are joined with an audible and sensitive click with the use of only one finger. The key shape of the coupling system makes the UTL series blind mateable. UTL features a dynamic IP68/69K rating, UV resistance, and UL/IEC compliance. The UTL series is rated at IP68/69K, even in harsh conditions, meaning that the connectors remain sealed even when used continuously underwater or cleaned using a high-pressure hose. The UTL series uses an outdoor-rated material, classified as F1 to protect the connectors from extreme climatic conditions and UV rays. For the highest safety standards, the UTL series is UL 1598 and IEC 60598 qualified. Souriau offers 4, 5, 6, and 8 position layouts supporting combined Power + Control, DMX as well as mechanical backshell and screw terminated contact features for quick field installations.
