KLZ-HR Soft Termination Automotive Inductors

TDK KLZ-HR Automotive Inductors feature innovative soft termination technology to offer high reliability under harsh conditions at temperatures up to 150ºC. The series is AEC-Q200 qualified and offers a compact size and robustness for demanding automotive applications. These multilayer inductors for decoupling circuits with soft termination serve engine control modules, in-vehicle electronic control units, and advanced driver assistance systems. The external electrodes of the TDK KLZ‐HR inductors feature a conductive resin layer for protection against board flexure and solder cracks due to mechanical stress during mounting and thermal shock during operation.

Signal Inductors

TDK Signal Inductors are manufactured using state-of-the-art multilayer processing and wire-winding technologies. Its wire-winding technology uses a highly-effective closed magnetic circuit with ferrite particles of high permeability, to enable lower Rdc values and reduced energy consumption. TDK Signal Inductors are designed for use in a wide variety of applications, ranging from mobile devices and consumer electronics to various types of automotive equipment and systems.

Inductors for Decoupling Circuits

TDK Inductors for Decoupling Circuits include several product families that serve different types of applications. Among these application types are engine control models, automotive (including advanced driver assistance), smart meters, AV equipment, xDSL, vehicle accessories, and industrial electronic devices. Select models within this family of inductors provide high reliability in harsh conditions, withstanding temperatures up to 150°C.
