RV Common Mode Chokes

TE Connectivity / Schaffner RV Common Mode Chokes offer a 1000VDC operating voltage, 50Hz/60Hz operating frequency, and 50A maximum rated current. On the grid side of these chokes, the 4-line choke can be installed as 3 phases and neutral, while the vehicle side of the charger has 2 windings of the choke that are connected in series or parallel. These chokes are available with horizontal and vertical orientations and feature a low magnetic leakage flux, excellent winding insulation, and a broad range of inductance ratings. TE Connectivity / Schaffner RV Common Mode Chokes are suitable for AC and DC applications.

In addition, these inductors provide broadband screening due to a low capacitance winding technique. Würth Elektronik WE-CMB Common Mode, Power Line Inductors, are ideal for power electronics and suppressing common-mode noises. Parasitics can have a significant effect on the noise attenuation and current rating of a common mode filter. Würth designed the WE-CMB series for minimal parasitic effects over its useful frequency bandwidth so it does what it is designed to do - get rid of the noise.
