Available with a wide 2:1 or ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage (WI suffix) range and an internal EMI filter to meet EN55022 class A, the converters constitute a reliable solution for many demanding medical and industrial applications.

THM-15WI 15W DC/DC Converters

TRACO Power THM 15WI 15W DC/DC Converters are a range of medical 15W DC/DC converters in a 1.6" x 1.0" plastic package and with a wide 4:1 input voltage range. These converters provide a reinforced isolation system for 5000V_ACrms isolation and a very low leakage current of less than 2.5µA. The THM 15WI Series is approved to IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 3rd edition for 2 x MOPP (Means of Patient Protection) and come along with an ISO 14971 risk management file. TRACO Power THM 15WI features a high efficiency of up to 90% and the highest grade components the converters can reliably operate in an ambient temperature range of -40°C up to +85°C. These converters offer a reliable solution for medical equipment as well as demanding ranges of applications such as transportation, control, and measurement or IGBT drivers.
