Texas Instruments SN74AHCT1G14/SN74AHCT1G14-Q1 Single Schmitt-Trigger Inverter Gate performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic. These devices have an operating voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and a low power consumption of 10µA. The device functions as an independent inverter gate, but because of the Schmitt action, gates may have different input threshold levels for positive- (VT+) and negative-going (VT–) signals. The SN74AHCT1G14-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
