TRF3302/-Q1 Low-Noise Amplifiers

Texas Instruments TRF3302/-Q1 Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are high-gain devices created for GNSS receiver applications. The TI TRF3302/-Q1 offers a 16.9dB power gain and an ultra-low noise figure of 0.85dB for high-sensitivity GNSS receivers. An input-referred P1dB of -10.2dBm and an IP3 of -5.4dBm help maintain receiver sensitivity in the presence of jamming signals from cellular bands.
