UCC27517/UCC27517-Q1 Gate Driver

Texas Instruments UCC27517/UCC27517-Q1 High-Speed, Low-Side Gate Driver is capable of effectively driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. UCC27517/UCC27517-Q1 uses a design that inherently minimizes shoot-through current, making it capable of sourcing and sinking high, peak-current pulses into capacitive loads that offer rail-to-rail drive capability and extremely small propagation delay (typically 13ns). UCC27517 /UCC27517-Q1provides 4A source, 4A sink (symmetrical drive) peak-drive current capability at V_DD = 12V. This high-speed, low-side gate driver operates over a wide V_DD range of 4.5V to 18V and a wide temperature range of -40°C to 140°C. It is ideal for use in switch-mode power supplies, DC-to-DC converters, and more. The UCC27517-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
