Vishay / Barry Industries RY Chip Resistors feature 5W and 8W power ratings, 1KΩ maximum resistance, and 5% resistor tolerance. These resistors offer a wrap-around design with an isolated center pad configuration, as well as a solder or epoxy attachment. RY resistors are built with thick film construction on AIN or BeO material. Vishay / Barry Industries RY Chip Resistors offer a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
