Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Array

Vishay / Beyschlag offers the ACAC 0612 (concave terminations) and ACAS 0612 (convex terminations) Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Array that combines the proven reliability of precision thin film resistor products with the advantages of chip resistor arrays. Defined tolerance matching and TCR tracking make this product perfectly suited for applications with outstanding requirements towards stable fixed resistor ratios. A small package enables the design of high density circuits in combination with reduction of assembly costs. Four equal resistor values or two pairs are available. The Vishay / Beyschlag Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Arrays are ideal for precision analogue circuits, voltage dividers, feedback circuits, and signal conditioning.

ACAS AT Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Arrays

Vishay / Beyschlag ACAS AT Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Arrays are automotive grade with defined tolerance matching and TCR tracking, making them well-suited for applications with outstanding requirements towards stable fixed resistor ratios. These resistor arrays are available either with two equal or two different resistor values, and the ACAS 0612 AT version offers four equal resistor values or two pairs. Additional features include superior moisture resistance, rated dissipation P70 up to 125mW per resistor, ESD capability of 1000V, tracking down to 10ppm/K (±5ppm/K) and 25ppm/K, and tolerance matching down to 0.1% (±0.05%). Vishay / Beyschlag ACAS AT Precision Thin Film Chip Resistor Arrays also offer AEC-Q200 qualification and RoHS compliance to Directive 2002/95/EC.
