Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay Tantalum Capacitors feature tantalum powder that is used in capacitors to allow for a very thin dielectric layer, providing high capacitance values in smaller case sizes. Vishay Tantalum Capacitors offer surface-mount and through-hole tantalum capacitors for use in automotive, military, portable consumer, medical, and many other applications.

Medical Solutions

Vishay Medical Solutions feature a variety of medical products and systems, including large equipment like MRI systems and X-ray machines and small devices like hearing aids. Vishay medical solutions are utilized in nerve stimulators, pacemakers, defibrillators, patient monitoring systems, blood pressure cuffs, blood glucose meters, and other medical instrumentation equipment. Vishay specializes in manufacturing telemetry coils and transformers for pacemakers and defibrillators and capacitors for implantable devices.

ST Series Capacitors

Vishay ST Series Capacitors are hermetically sealed and have a 6VDC up to 125VDC voltage range. The ST series is broken into four different capacitors: ST, STE, STA, and STH. The ST series is made up of SuperTan® wet tantalum capacitors that offer very high capacitance, low ESR, and high ripple current. ST capacitors are housed in an all tantalum, hermetically sealed case, making them suitable in the defense and aerospace industries.
