TFHP AlN Chip Thin Film Resistors

Welwyn / TT Electronics Thin Film High Power (TFHP) Aluminum Nitride (AlN) Chip Resistors feature a 6W power rating in the 2512 case size and 2W in the 1206 size. Operating within a -55°C to +155°C ambient temperature range, these resistors offer a 100V limiting element voltage with a 50Ω, 100Ω, or 1kΩ resistance. The TFHP resistors grant precision to 0.1%, 25ppm/°C with tin-plated, wrap-around terminations.
