Thin Film Platinum Temperature Detector Elements

YAGEO Nexensos Thin Film Platinum Temperature Detector Elements are constructed by depositing a sensing layer of platinum on a ceramic substrate. Thin film elements offer the advantages of small size and a wide choice of resistance values ranging from 6.8Ω to 10000Ω. The types of elements offered differ primarily by operating temperature range. Requirements for most applications can be met with the M-type elements, having platinum-coated nickel lead wire and operating at a temperature range of -70°C to +500°C. The L-type elements are constructed with highly-solderable AgPd lead wires and operate at temperatures from -50°C to +400°C. Other YAGEO Nexensos options include C-type elements for lower temperatures (196°C to +500°C) and the HM, HL, and HD-types providing an extended high-temperature operating range, up to +850°C.

Medium Temperature Range Sensors

YAGEO Nexensos M-Series Platinum Temperature Sensors provide long-term stability and precision over a wide temperature range of -70°C to +500°C. The series offers a nominal resistance range of 100Ω to 2000Ω and a typical temperature coefficient (TC) of 3850ppm/K. YAGEO Nexensos M-Series Platinum Temperature Sensors are ideal for applications with high consumption volumes, typically in the automotive, white goods, HVAC, and energy generation industries, as well as in medical and industrial appliances and machinery.
