Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

KRTB AILMS1 Micro SIDELED® 3806 LED

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors KRTB AILMS1 Micro SIDELED^® 3806 LED is an RGB device in an SMT package with side emission. This LED features InGaN on Sapphire chip technology, 5kV Electro Static Discharge (ESD), 120° typical radiation, and class 1B corrosion robustness. The KRTB AILMS1 Micro SIDELED^® 3806 LED offers a wavelength of 625nm (red), 520nm (green), and 470nm (blue). This LED is designed to provide a luminous intensity of 690mcd (red), 1749mcd (green), and 488mcd (blue). The low-package height of the device makes it ideal for limited space environments and perfect for coupling into light guides. Typical applications include smart homes, smartphones, tablets, electronic equipment, metering, gaming, gambling, and white goods.

Micro SIDELED® 3806 LEDs

ams OSRAM Micro SIDELED^® 3806 LEDs are SMT LEDs with side emissions. These LEDs feature InGaN on Sapphire chip technology, 120° typical radiation, and 1B corrosion robustness class. The side view LEDs operate from -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range and offer up to 3750mcd luminous intensity depending on the forward current (I_F). These LEDs offer a low package height and are used in applications in limited space environments such as TV and backlighting in the monitor. The Micro SIDELED 3806 LEDs are 14% brighter than their predecessor and offer an attractive price/performance ratio.

RGB Type LEDs

ams OSRAM RGB Type LEDs are high brightness LEDs that come in a variety of packages. ams OSRAM RGB Type LEDs feature common anode technology that admits an additive mixture of color stimuli by independent driving of each chip. Their compact size fits best for high-resolution narrow pitch video walls and indoor and outdoor displays.
