AR0246 Digital Image Sensors

onsemi AR0246 Digital Image Sensors are 1/4-inch Back-Side Illuminated (BSI) Stacked CMOS image sensors with a 1920(H) x 1080(V) active pixel array. These digital image sensors belong to the Hyperlux™ LH product family. The AR0246 sensors are designed for both low light and high dynamic range performance. These advanced image sensors capture images in either linear enhanced Dynamic Range (eDR) or embedded High Dynamic Range (eHDR with 120dB) modes with a rolling-shutter readout. The AR0246 sensors include Adaptive Local Tuning Mapping (ALTM) inside to support ISP with excellent image quantity. These image sensors are supported by a 2μm BSI pixel and deliver excellent performance in low light and NIR wavelengths.
