MCWx 600V N-Channel Power MOSFETs

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCWx 600V N-Channel Power MOSFETs are designed to deliver impressive performance and efficiency and are available in the compact TO-247 package. The MCW075N60FH, MCW099N60SH, and MCW105N60FH MOSFETs feature typical low on-resistance values from 65mΩ to 95mΩ, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. These MOSFETs are available with or without an integrated Fast Recovery Diode (FRED), which improves recovery and switching times. The MCWx MOSFETs are equipped with superjunction technology for high-voltage applications. These MOSFETs ensure low conduction losses and minimize power dissipation. The MCWx power MOSFETs are used in power supplies, motor drives, renewable energy, consumer electronics, and industrial applications.
