Central Semiconductor 3SMC Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are SMT, bidirectional or unidirectional glass passivated suppressors that provide high power dissipation of high-voltage transients in voltage-sensitive components. Housed in an SMC case, the Central Semiconductor TVS Diodes support a voltage range of 10V to 170V, offer a 3000W TVS power rating, and are AEC-Q101 qualified.
