16-Bit Pseudo Differential SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. 16-Bit Pseudo Differential Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADCs are high accuracy, high speed, low power ADCs. The 16-bit SAR ADCs operate at 1.8V single supply operation with a 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. These SAR ADCs with high throughput allow accurate capture of high-frequency signals and decimation to achieve a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The 16-bit ADCs offer the ability to daisy-chain ADCs and operate at -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
