IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

CAT3x & CAT4x High Efficiency LED Drivers

onsemi CAT3x & CAT4x High-Efficiency LED Drivers are step-down 7 LED drivers. These LED drivers contain a patented switching control algorithm that allows accurate LED current regulation. The CAT3x and CAT4x drivers include a single RSET that sets the full-scale LED string current up to 350mA from supplies as high as 36V. These LED drivers feature low internal power dissipation that allows the device to be housed in a tiny package without the need for dedicated heat sinking. The CAT3x and CAT4x drivers are available in CAT4101, CAT4103, CAT4109, and CAT3224 variants. These LED drivers are ideal for 12V and 24V lighting systems, LCD backlight, automotive and aircraft lighting, general lighting, and high brightness LEDs.
