The bias resistor is integrated, reducing the number of external parts required and decreasing system size and assembly time. The Toshiba RN Automotive Bias Resistor BRTs provide a wide resistance range to adjust to various circuit designs.

DF Automotive ESD Protection Diodes

Toshiba DF Automotive ESD Protection Diodes offer a solution to electro-static discharge on 12V, 24V, and 28V CAN and LIN bus lines in vehicles. These devices are AEC-Q101 qualified and intended for inter-vehicle communications using CAN and LIN bus protocols. This group of bidirectional ESD diodes offers low Vclamp and strong ESD immunity in addition to standard capacitances between 8pF and 10pF.
