These Schottky rectifiers are available in a compact surface-mount package (DFN, SOD, and DSN). The Nexperia PMEG rectifiers provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.

DSN0603 Medium Power Schottky Diodes

Nexperia DSN0603 Packaged Medium Power Schottky Diodes are optimized for low forward voltage. These devices offer a forward current of 0.2A or 0.5A and a reverse voltage of 20V, 30V, or 40V. The ultra-small, low-profile surface-mount DSN0603 package makes these Medium Power Schottky Diodes ideal for space-constrained applications.
