Rotary Encoders

Alpha (Taiwan) Rotary Encoders are offered with vertical or horizontal terminal types, with or without a push switch, and with or without a bushing thread. The 11mm versions feature a switch with a self-return function. The 12mm and 16mm variants offer an incremental output signal encoder. The 20mm encoders are programmed with 4-bit coding for various digital circuits. Alpha (Taiwan) Rotary Encoders deliver 20,000 to 50,000 rotation life cycles and have an operating temperature range of -10°C to +70°C or +85°C. Typical applications include audio, home appliances, precision apparatus, automotive, communication, and industrial control.
