onsemi BC846BPDW1 Bipolar Transistors are dual general-purpose transistors designed for low-power surface mount applications. These NPN/PNP transistors are housed in the SOT-363/SC-88 package. The BC846BPDW1 bipolar transistors are AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and available in a PB-free package. These NPN/PNP transistors are halogen-free/BFR-free and are RoHS-compliant. The bipolar transistors are ideal for low-power surface mount applications.
