These devices can determine the absolute orientation of a magnetic field over the full range between 0° and 360° with high angular accuracy and resolution. TLE5014 GMR-based Angle Sensors

Infineon Technologies TLE5014 Giant Magneto Resistance (GMR) based Angle Sensors are designed for angular position sensing in automotive applications such as steering angle. These sensors feature integrated magnetic field sensing, EEPROM, 360° angle measurement, and protections from high-voltage, and reverse polarity.
