A17802 Advanced Inductive Position Sensor IC

Allegro MicroSystems A17802 Advanced Inductive Position Sensor IC is designed to measure the rotational angle of a metallic target and provide sine/cosine output. The output information is provided over a differential sine and cosine analog interface. This sensor IC features digital processing that optimizes the inductive front-end and applies compensations that maximize system-level angle accuracy. The A17802 sensor IC measures angle with <0.5°elec accuracy at speeds up to 250k eRPM. This sensor IC features Front-end gain automatic optimization at each power-up and dynamic autocalibration for continuous error reduction.
