Torex Semiconductor XC63x Switching Voltage Regulators
Torex Semiconductor XC63x Switching Voltage Regulators are efficient power management ICs designed for various applications, predominantly battery-operated devices. These voltage regulators simplify circuit design by minimizing the need for external components. This includes generating highly efficient negative voltages with the XC6351A inverter ICs or configuring a step-up circuit with the XC6371/XC6372 DC/DC converters. The XC6351A ICs excel with low power consumption and CE function, allowing for total power consumption reduction when the output is shut down. Similarly, the XC6371/XC6372 DC/DC converters offer PWM or PWM/PFM control options, ensuring high efficiency across various load conditions.
