Toshiba TB67B000AHG 3-Phase Brushless Motor Driver integrates a high-voltage PWM brushless motor driver and controller that supports sine-wave PWM drive and wide-angle commutation. This driver features a built-in oscillator circuit, bootstrap diode, over-current protection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, and motor-lock detection. Toshiba TB67B000AHG 3-phase driver is designed to change the speed of a brushless motor directly by using a speed control analog signal from a microcontroller.
