This SCR is available in a TO-247 high-power package.  STMicroelectronicsTN5050H-12WY SCR is suitable for applications like automotive/stationary battery charger, renewable energy generator, interruptible power supply, solid state relay, welding equipment and motor drive applications. It features power switching, voltage robustness and power dissipation performances for functions like an 80A AC switch, AC phasing inverter and AC-DC controlled rectifier bridge.
