PMA1-14LN+ Low Noise Amplifier

Mini-Circuits PMA1-14LN+ Low Noise Amplifier is a pHEMT-based low noise MMIC amplifier with high IP3 and flat gain. This amplifier operates from 0.05GHz to 10GHz wideband amplifier range with a single +6V supply voltage and delivers 1.18W total power dissipation. The PMA1-14LN+ amplifier features a high dynamic range with a typical 1.1dB noise figure, 22dB gain, +21.5dBm high P1dB, and +28.8dBm high OIP3. The PMA1-14LN+ amplifier comes in a very small, low-profile 1.5mm x 1.5mm QFN-style package for easy integration into dense circuit board layouts. This amplifier is ideal for 5G MIMO and backhaul radio, satellite communication, radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) defense systems.
